This code indicates a draining issue.

First thing you should do is take a look at the filter. There is a pull-down flap in the bottom right corner of the machine’s ffront.

The filter is located right behind it.

Please, prepare a tray and towels, because there may be a little more water than you expect. Turn the filter slowly to prevent water from gushing out.

Once all water is out, take off the filter and rinse it out.

Inspect the filter chamber and the X-shaped pump impeller at the back. Make sure there are no debris or foreign objects blocking the filter, pump or impeller.

Reassemble the unit and run a cycle. There should not be any problems.
