When the ND error occurs, the machine will stop spinning and draining. Here are steps, which you can do to clear it.

Be sure that the drum is not overloaded. If it is, it won’t spin. Balance your load and try again.

Be sure that the drain hose is not kinked, twisted, crushed or clogged.

Be sure that the drain hose is not stuck too deep into the drain pipe.

Be sure that the door is closed well.

Be sure that the pump filter is functional and not blocked by any items or debris. If there is a problem, the machine will not drain well.

Be sure that the machine is installed properly and is not swaying. Check it using a level: put it on the machine’s top lid and see how level it is. Adjust legs if necessary.

Make sure that the door is locked properly. Clean the pump filter to reduce the water level and unlock the door.
