HE	Water heater error	HE, HE1 is displayed if the water temperature rises by 7 C or more in 1 Min or by 2 C or less 20 Min after heating process has started. The error can be cleared by turning POWER switch OFF.
1E (error solution 1E)	Water pressure switch error	* Generated Frequency Signal of WATER LEVEL (WIL) SIW (KHz) Normal Level = Abnormal W/L Frequency Low Level = 30.00 Khz High Level = 15.00 Khz If the same signal is detected for more than 5 seconds, it is a PRESSURE SWITCH Error. 11 E	Water leakage eror	Water Leakage error occurs when the water drains naturally, (by leakage) after the washing program starts.
8E	Over current error	IPM fault signal (this is caused by the overload of the MICOM INTO during motor action). IPM: Integrated power module. The IPM controls the motor. If the fault (low signal) happens to be sensed even once during the washing/rinsing stage, the motor stops immediately. However, during the dehydrating stage the signal is to be sensed, when the number of signals reads more than 6 per 500ms during the Washing or Rinsing cycle action. If the motor stops working, in one direction ten times, “8E” Error is displayed. During dehydrating, when the overload is sensed, the motor stops working at once and then feeds back to the initial stage of the dehydration unbalance sensing. When the feed back has occcurred twice, Error “8E” is displayed during the dehydrating unbalance sensing, No error happens by overload sensing. When it happens at more than 800rpm, the process is stopped compulsorily. Power Switch OFF can clear the overload error.
2E (error solution 2E)	Internal control board failure	Unplug the washer for 5 minutes to reset the electronic control board. Plug the washer back in. If the code returns, replace the electronic control board.

Samsung WA48J7700A, WA48J7770A Top Load Washer with activewash error codes

NOTE When the washer displays “4C”, the washer do draining for 3 minutes. During this time, the Power button is inoperative.
4C2	• Make sure the cold water supply hose is firmly connected to the cold water tap. If it is connected to the hot water tap, the laundry may be deformed with some cycles.
5C	Water is not draining. • Make sure the drain hose is not frozen or clogged. • Make sure the drain hose is positioned correctly, depending on the connection type. • Clean the debris filter as it may be clogged. • Make sure the drain hose is straightened all the way to the drain system. • If the information code remains, contact a customer service centre.
9C1	The electronic control needs to be checked (Over Voltage Check). • Check the PCB and wire harness. • Check if power is supplied properly. • If the information code remains, contact a customer service centre.
9C2	Low voltage detected • Check if the power cord is plugged in. • If the information code remains, contact a customer service centre
AC6	Inverter Communication problem • Check the Inverter PCB and wire harness. • If the information code remains, contact a customer service centre.
dC (error solution dc)	Operating the washer with the door open. • Make sure the door is properly closed. • Make sure laundry is not caught in the door.
HC	High temperature heating check • If the information code remains, contact a customer service centre.
LC (error solution LC)	Check the drain hose. • Make sure the end of the drain hose is placed on the floor. • Make sure the drain hose is not clogged. • If the information code remains, contact a customer service centre. NOTE When the washer displays “LC”, the washer do draining for 3 minutes. During this time, the Power button is inoperative.
OC	Water is overflowed. • Restart after spinning. • If the information code remains on the display, contact a local Samsung service centre
PC	When position of the clutch can't be detected. • If the information code remains, contact a customer service centre.
PC1	After position of the clutch is detected, if the signal of the clutch hall goes wrong. • If the information code remains, contact a customer service centre.
Ub (error solution Ub)	Spinning does not work. • Make sure laundry is spread out evenly. • Make sure the washing machine is on a flat, stable surface. • Redistribute the load. If only one item of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or pair of jeans, the final spin result might be unsatisfactory, and an “Ub” check message will be shown in the display.

Samsung WA52J8060A, WA52J8700A Top Load Washer with activewash error codes

Large LED Flashes	Your Washer has tried to fill but has not reached the proper water level. !!! When the Large LED is flashing, the washer drains for 3 minutes. During this time, the Power button is inoperative.	Call for service.
Medium LED Flashes	A fault is detected in the water level sensor.
Small LED Flashes	Your washer is not draining. It can also mean that the unit senses a small clog while draining.	Do the following: 1) Turn off the unit and turn it on again. 2) Select only the Spin Cycle. 3) Press the Start/Pause to drain the water. If it still does not drain, call for service.
Hot & Warm LEDs flash	Unbalanced load prevented your Washer from spinning.	Redistribute the load, and then press the Start/ Pause button.
Hot & Cold LEDs flash	Motor not running properly.	Restart the cycle by presssing the Start/Pause button. If the code reappears, call for service.
Hot & Tap Cold LEDs flash	Mems sensor is not working properly	Call for service.

Samsung poular error codes

• The engine tachometer error is displayed in the form of Samsung washer error code 3e. This error can mean the following breakdowns: faulty contact connection of the engine; motor winding damage; faulty contacts and connections of the tachometric alternator; engine lock objects (for example, bolts).
• Water inlet error is displayed as Samsung washing 4e error code. The reason for this might be the following failures: the ingress of foreign objects in the water valve; faulty contacts and connections of the water valve; improper connection of the hot and cold water feed; there is no connection of the drain hose to the detergent container. You should check whether the transparent hose is not kinked or torn.
